Fantasy RTS game for mobile

Age of Frostfall is a free strategy game for mobile developed by Warmest Good Limited. It is a fantasy-themed RTS title set in a world ravaged by a mysterious phenomenon that brings with it eternal winter and frozen monsters. Players will stand up against this cold threat to save humanity from extinction.

Combining the base-building elements of Rise of Kingdoms: Lost Crusade with the tactical combat of Total War: Medieval II, Age of Frostfall offers engaging and immersive gameplay. The experience is complemented by a distinct hand-drawn cel-shaded art style that stands out from its contemporaries.

The coming of winter

Age of Frostfall takes place in a fantasy world in the dead of winter, and with it comes the Unmelted, a race of frozen monsters looking to exterminate humanity. You are the last standing hope against this chilling threat. The enemy will come at you in waves, and you will need to put up strong defenses to withstand their attacks and fend them off.

One of the first things you need to do is establish a city base, standing between the enemy and the rest of the world. Build an army of well-trained soldiers ready to take on all kinds of threats and challenges in small-scale battles to blown-out battlefields. Being an MMO game, you can also form alliances with other players and work together to fight the Unmelted.

The enemy is relentless, so to help with the fight, you can raise dragons to be loyal companions that can appear and help when the battle gets tough or aid in building your fortified city base. Now, while the gameplay is quite fun and engaging, it gets repetitive after a while. The game could definitely use more content to keep things interesting and fresh.

Ice and dragons

All in all, Age of Frostfall is a pretty decent strategy game with diverse base-building elements and engaging combat. The fantasy setting and unique art style also play into its favor. That said, there is a certain lack of variety in the experience that can be improved and built on in the future. Nevertheless, this one is worth giving a try.

  • Pros

    • Strategic combat
    • Extensive base building
    • Call on legendary heroes and dragons
  • Cons

    • Gets repetitive after some time

Warning

This software program is potentially malicious or may contain unwanted bundled software.

Why is the software program still available?

Based on our scan system, we have determined that these flags are possibly false positives.

What is a false positive?

It means a benign program is wrongfully flagged as malicious due to an overly broad detection signature or algorithm used in an antivirus program.
